Exchanges/cancellations
In the event that your purchase arrives in a condition less than satisfactory, please let us know within 10 days of delivery so we can exchange them for you!
Bulibasha provides store credit or exchange on faulty products. No refunds. For products proven to have visible faults due to transit or production issues, we will provide you with a product exchange or store credit. We are unable to give monetary refunds but we will make sure you are compensated with the shoes you love!

We are truly sorry to hear of any of our wonderful handmade products being damaged in transit! With this in mind, please be aware that genuinely small flaws or irregularities are a simple reminder that all our shoes are handwoven by artisans, not produced by machines on a factory floor. Each pair of shoes is unique and can sometimes bear the signature marks of being forged by human hands.
All Bulibasha shoes are checked for quality control before being packaged and sent for delivery. Shoes considered damaged or in visibly poor condition will not be released. We take pride in our attention to detail with handmade products and hope that all our customers appreciate the human element in crafting together our footwear.
EXCHANGES
After inspecting your claim, if an exchange is applicable we shall proceed to replace your sandals with all delivery expenses included. This also applies in the case of sizing issues due to a proven fault from Bulibasha’s sizing department.
If a customer insists on exchanging a product not deemed to be damaged or containing faults, an assessment will be made and if the exchange is approved, the cost of delivery shall be invoiced to the customer.
SHORTAGES
Should anything be missing from your order please inform us and we shall make sure you receive your purchase in its entirety!
SIZING ISSUES
To avoid any issues regarding shoe sizing we highly recommend customers refer to our SIZE CHART prior to purchasing (available on every product page). Feel free to contact us via email or through our website should you have any questions regarding sizing.
Bulibasha footwear is designed based on international sizing standards. However, with the many shapes and sizes of human feet, our sizing charts have been created to help you choose the correct size according to both the length and width of your unique feet.
Once we receive your order we will consider this a confirmation that you have referred to the size chart prior to payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unfortunate event that you have made an error in your order, or wish to cancel the purchase, please email support@bulibasha.com within 10 days . We are unable to process any changes, modifications, or cancellations beyond this 10 days time frame.
Once an order has been dispatched and received by the assigned shipping service, cancellations are no longer possible. Delivery companies do not have the authority to dismiss orders, halt delivery, or change shipping instructions once an order is dispatched.
