These regulations change frequently, vary from country to country, and are beyond our control — which means we are unable to track or update every change that happens globally.

For this reason, we kindly advise all customers to check with their local customs office to understand whether any import taxes or duties may apply before ordering.

If your destination country applies import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, or any other government-imposed import charges, these are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Depending on the shipping carrier and your country's customs procedures, these charges may be collected before delivery or after delivery. The shipping carrier (such as FedEx, DHL, Aramex, or your local postal service) will contact you directly with payment instructions and any applicable deadlines.

Please note that Bulibasha has no control over how or when these charges are collected. We do not operate or manage shipping carriers, customs authorities, or their billing systems, and we cannot modify, waive, or settle these charges on your behalf.

If import charges are not paid within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier, additional fees, penalties, collection costs, or other actions may apply in accordance with the carrier's and your country's regulations. Bulibasha is not responsible for any such charges or consequences.

This information is clearly stated on our product pages and throughout our website as part of our commitment to full transparency. By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms, including your responsibility for any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country.

Your payment to Bulibasha covers the purchase of your products, and the shipping cost is covered by us where stated at checkout or as part of our shipping offer. However, any import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by your destination country are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise on our website.

Order Updates

Kindly note that after receiving your order confirmation, you will not receive further updates from us until your order has been dispatched. You can find our current estimated dispatch timeframe on this page.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you another email containing your tracking number and shipping details.

We are a small, passionate team, and rather than overwhelming you with frequent automated emails, we choose to dedicate our time to designing, creating, and handcrafting exceptional footwear. Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.Please check your spam folder, as automated notifications may sometimes land there.

Once your package reaches your area, the courier may contact you.
If they cannot reach you after several attempts, the shipment may be returned or destroyed, depending on the courier’s policy.

As we have entered the busy summer season, we are experiencing exceptionally high demand from customers around the world. While our artisans are working with great care to create every pair, this increased demand has resulted in slightly longer production and dispatching times.

As our footwear is handcrafted on the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia, our production schedule is also affected by local Hindu religious holidays, which occur throughout the year. During these important cultural celebrations, our artisans spend time with their families and communities, which may occasionally extend production timelines.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Every pair is carefully handcrafted specifically for you, and we promise it will be worth the wait.

If you're ordering your Bulibasha footwear for an upcoming vacation, holiday, or special occasion, we kindly recommend contacting us before placing your order, or as soon as possible after your purchase, to confirm whether we can meet your desired delivery timeframe.

As every pair is handcrafted to order, production and shipping times may vary depending on seasonal demand and your destination. While we will always do our very best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless confirmed by our team.
