About Duties & Import Taxes

Each country has its own customs regulations, and import duties or VAT are charged directly by the country, not by Bulibasha.
These regulations change frequently, vary from country to country, and are beyond our control — which means we are unable to track or update every change that happens globally.

For this reason, we kindly advise all customers to check with their local customs office to understand whether any import taxes or duties may apply before ordering.

We fully cover shipping costs, but if a country applies its own import duty or tax, this will be charged according to local regulations and needs to be covered by the customer.

Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Please check your spam folder, as automated notifications may sometimes land there.

Once your package reaches your area, the courier may contact you.
If they cannot reach you after several attempts, the shipment may be returned or destroyed, depending on the courier’s policy.

Please stay available and follow your tracking link to ensure smooth delivery.

 Processing & Delivery Time

  • 10–12 working days for dispatching

  • 7–10 working days for shipping
    (Weekends and public holidays excluded)

Holiday periods or rare logistical events may cause delays, which are unfortunately out of our control and not eligible for refunds.

Due to the current conflicts in the Middle East, global logistics networks may experience temporary disruptions or extended transit times, even for shipments not directly routed through the region.
