If your shoes don’t fit, you can request an exchange for a different size, subject to availability. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us at support@bulibasha.com to arrange the exchange.

We ship using FedEx and DHL Express. If your address is identified as a remote area, your package will be sent via EMS Post Office.

The process begins with designs created in-house, where each style is carefully considered and refined. From there, skilled local artisans bring each pair to life using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Handwoven in Bali using sun-dried tropical leaf fibers and vegetable-tanned leather soles, the result is a lightweight, breathable shoe crafted with intention — no mass production, just slow, considered craftsmanship.
